Organizations often want more products and less excuses from learning and development. How can we design learning experiences that are user centric and have impact for our organizations? In this session, we will explore learning experience design, the job title that has exploded in the last 3-5 years in the talent and development job market. We will also go into the LXD Capability Model created by Cara North for her upcoming ATD book Learning Experience Design: Designing for Users and Impact and discuss future implications for learning experiences.
